Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of Maximo integrations using MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Architect and implement system configurations including Domains, Database Configuration, Automation Scripts, Conditional UI, and Workflows.
- Oversee development of custom Java classes, BIRT reports, and automation scripts.
- Manage and mentor a team of Maximo developers and integration specialists.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of integration issues.
- Support Maximo upgrades, data migrations, and deployment in MAS environments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and integration maps.

- IBM Maximo 7.6.x / MAS 8/9
- Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST API Integration
- Automation Scripts (Jython, JavaScript)
- Java Class Customization, Bean Class Customization
- Workflow Designer, Application Designer
- Database Configuration (Attributes, Relationships, Indexes)
- Conditional UI and Escalations





Integration & Development:

- REST/SOAP Web Services
- JSON/XML Data Structures
- Java (custom classes, extensions)
- SQL,PL/SQL (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Middleware: IBM App Connect, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps
