Role & responsibilities

- Visit colleges, institutions, training centres and other potential student sourcing locations to generate leads.
- Promote Astro Academys Japanese language training and overseas career-oriented programmes.
- Conduct presentations, awareness sessions and student counselling at colleges and institutions.
- Generate and follow up on student leads through field visits, referrals and institutional tie-ups.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, training process and career opportunities to students and parents.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for lead conversion and enrolment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, educational institutions and local partners.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, lead status and follow-up records.




- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and enrolment targets.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, career guidance programmes and promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate / Diploma; candidates with an Education, Marketing or Business Development background preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and meeting students/institutions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets and digital communication tools.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, overseas education, training institutes or student counselling will be preferred.
