Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and staffing requirements.
- Recruit 10th & 12th pass candidates for production and operator roles.
- Handle bulk / volume hiring for manufacturing clients.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, databases, references and other channels.
- Handle recruitment under NAPS & NATS programs.
- Coordinate staffing recruitment and deployment for client requirements.
- Screen candidates based on qualification, location, shift, salary and job requirements.
- Conduct candidate calls and explain job roles, salary, benefits, shifts and company details.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates from screening to joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.




- Coordinate with the internal team and clients for manpower requirements.

Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing Recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing / blue-collar recruitment preferred.
- Experience in 10th & 12th candidate hiring.
- Hands-on experience in bulk / volume hiring.
- Knowledge of NAPS & NATS recruitment.
- Positive communication and candidate convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience using Naukri and other recruitment portals.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Hindi & Telugu language knowledge is preferred.
