Test Lead / Test Manager Agentic AI Testing & UiPath Automation

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead / Test Manager with strong expertise in quality assurance, automation, and emerging AI-driven testing practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading testing engagements, managing teams, and driving end-to-end quality assurance initiatives across enterprise programs.

Required Experience & Skills

- 10+ years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager, leading large-scale testing programs and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in Agentification and Agentic Testing (Mandatory), including AI-driven test design, execution, and validation approaches.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Automation (Mandatory), including bot development, automation framework design, and maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of End-to-End (E2E) Testing across complex enterprise applications and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with test management and test automation tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Test Management Platforms).
- Experience in implementing AI-based solutions within testing and project delivery environments.
- Solid understanding of test strategy, test planning, test estimation, execution management, and reporting.
- Strong expertise in defect management, risk management, and quality governance.




- Experience managing distributed teams and driving project delivery excellence.

Nice to Have Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA testing and related business process validation.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration testing, regression testing, and automation best practices.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled quality engineering solutions and intelligent test automation.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple programs and releases.
- Define and execute testing strategies, plans, schedules, and quality assurance processes.
- Drive Agentic AI testing initiatives and identify opportunities for AI-enabled testing innovation.
- Design, implement, and govern automation solutions using UiPath and other automation tools (Based on Feasibility).
- Manage testing teams, allocate resources, and ensure delivery against project milestones.
- Monitor project risks, quality metrics, and defect trends, and drive mitigation actions.
- Provide regular project status updates and quality dashboards to stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with business, development, and architecture teams to ensure successful delivery.
