Role & responsibilities
1. Actively engage with Chemists, Pharmacists, and Retailers to promote and sell the surgical product range.
2. Manage and support relationships with Distributors and Dealers to ensure product availability.
3. Identify and appoint current retail outlets and distributors to expand market reach.
4. Conduct daily field visits to meet with channel partners and stakeholders.
5. Execute comprehensive market area coverage strategies to ensure the brand's presence in every key pocket of the assigned territory.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the surgical division.
7. Responsible for timely payment follow-ups and collections from distributors and dealers.
8. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned local territory on a daily basis.
