Exp Range : 3yrs to 7 yrs

Location: Nagpur, Pune and Chennai

Key Result Areas and Activities:

- Develop scalable semantic data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Build visually compelling, interactive dashboards aligned to business needs.
- Optimize report performance, data refresh, and model efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure governance, documentation, and adherence to BI best practices.

Work and Technical Experience:

Must Have:

- Strong experience creating enterprise-grade data models
- Advanced DAX and Power Query (M language) skills
- Expertise in building dashboards and paginated reports
- SQL proficiency for data extraction and transformation
- Understanding of star/snowflake schemas and BI architecture
- Experience in performance tuning for Power BI
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets

Positive to Have:

- Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Synapse / Azure Data Lake
- Python or R scripting for analytics
- Knowledge of Power BI deployment pipelines
- Exposure to data governance frameworks
- Familiarity with Power Apps or Automate Qualifications:
