Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) to grow liability products such as Retail Liabilities, CASA, and Sales.

- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling potential for other bank's products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive retail branch banking landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in retail branch banking or related field.

- Strong understanding of HNI sales principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with high-end clients.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
