We are hiring AR Callers for our US Healthcare RCM team. The candidate will be responsible for insurance follow-ups, claim status checks, denial management, and resolving outstanding accounts.

Role & responsibilities

- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims.
- Handle claim denials, rejections, and payment issues.
- Maintain AR aging and follow-up records.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM.
- Knowledge of insurance claims, denials, EOB/ERA, and AR follow-up is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
