Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Meet customer service, response-time, and quality targets.
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.

Requirements





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude and patience.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior customer support experience is an advantage.
