QWAY Healthcare is hiring AR Callers and Senior AR Callers with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), specifically Hospital Billing and Physician Billing.

Roles & Responsibilities-

- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Check claim status, payment status, denials, rejections, and pending claims.
- Analyze and work on hospital (UB-04) and physician (CMS-1500) claims.
- Contact insurance payers to identify reasons for denials, underpayments, and claim delays.
- Take appropriate action to resolve claim issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all payer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Work on assigned AR accounts and meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Use EPIC and other relevant systems to review patient accounts and claim information.
- Escalate complex issues according to process guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and US healthcare billing regulations.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality,



and collection targets.
- Handle complex and high-value AR accounts.
- Work on aged AR and difficult denials/escalations.
- Support team members in resolving complex claim issues.
- Analyze recurring denial trends and communicate issues to the appropriate teams.
- Assist team leads/managers with process-related activities and reporting.

Required Experience & Skills-

- Hands-on experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing / AR Calling
- Experience with Hospital Billing UB-04 Claim Form
- Experience with Physician Billing CMS-1500 Claim Form
- Working knowledge of EPIC software
- Good understanding of insurance claims and denials
- Knowledge of AR follow-up and claim status
- Ability to communicate effectively with US insurance payers
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle claim follow-ups and resolve outstanding accounts
