Key Requirements:
15+ years of relevant HR experience
Strong experience in Strategic HR Business Partnering
Proven experience in leading and developing HRBP teams
Expertise in Attrition Management and Retention Strategies
Strong experience in Workforce Planning and Employee Engagement
Exposure to HR Analytics and Organizational Effectiveness
Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence
Mandatory Requirement: US Healthcare industry experience
Candidates must have robust HR Business Partnering experience within the US Healthcare industry.
Candidates without US Healthcare industry experience will not be considered.
