- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.

- LMS Platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Saba, Moodle, Docebo, Workday Learning, etc.)
- LXP Platforms (Degreed, EdCast, Viva Learning, Cornerstone LXP, etc.)
- eLearning Development Methodologies
- Learning Content Migration
- Learning Analytics & Reporting
- SCORM, xAPI, AICC, cmi5
- Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid Delivery Models
