Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denial management by investigating denied claims, appealing denied cases, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as claims adjudication, underwriting, and customer service to resolve complex billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Caller role or similar position in the healthcare industry.
- Solid understanding of medical coding (ICD-10) and claims adjudication processes.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
- Proficiency in Denial Management tools like ERA/Verbal Communication/Written Communication.
