Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET.
- Build responsive and reusable front-end applications using React.
- Design and develop REST APIs and Microservices.
- Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Integrate and implement AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Work with Azure AI or other AI technologies based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Follow Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
- For Lead-level roles, provide technical leadership, mentoring, solution design, and development guidance.

Mandatory Skills:

- 7 to 15 years of overall software development experience.




- Solid hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8.
- Strong experience in React.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience in REST APIs, Microservices, and SQL Server.
- Experience working on AI-related projects/solutions.
- AI experience can be in Azure AI or any other AI technology used in a project.

Good to Have:

- Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, RAG, Prompt Engineering.
- Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and Containerization.
- Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications.
- Healthcare standards and systems for candidates with US Healthcare experience.
