- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for housing loan, home finance, LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Housing Loan) products.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, etc. to optimize sales processes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in banking or NBFC industry with a focus on retail lending products like housing loans/home finance/LAP/HL.
- Solid understanding of the local market trends and regulations governing these types of loans.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
