Core Capabilities

S&O; GBS Oversight (S&O; Associate)

Performance tracking, reporting, data governance and issue escalation / resolution

Budget and finance processes (budget allocation, spend management, forecast reconciliation)

Manage, maintain and update internal asset repository (Sharepoint+, L&D; platforms etc.)

Process and Technology Excellence with AI Salesforce data quality & governance (Tagging, monitoring and hygiene) Alliance Metrics Tracking (e.g, certifications, partner ranking, entering into Dashboards)

Key Responsibilities / Activities

S&O; Oversight & Workstream Supervision Manage Day to Day S&O; stream with oversight from xAlliance Director & Drivers. Ensure standardisation of approach in program and escalate issues impactfully when required

Prioritisation & Work Allocation Review, triage, and delegate support requests to the S&O; Associate to ensure workload distribution Align and project manage to Alliance cadences understanding competing requests at peak periods Stakeholder Management & Collaboration First point of contact for Alliance Drivers on CRM, PowerBI Dashboards and Budget Management Support alliance awareness through consistent messaging, templates, and reporting outputs used across stakeholder groups and alliance program.



Coordinate across Alliances for initiatives and input requests, ensuring template standardisation and low customisation of data. Maintain accuracy in metric tracking for various events.

Quality Control & Enablement Support

- Support of Budget Planning and Finance processes including supporting oversight, spend management with stakeholders and forecasting.
- Preparation of high-impact materials including account maps, trackers, dashboards, and enablement content.
- Ensure consistency in structure, messaging, and formattingespecially across recurring deliverables and templates.

Identifying and accelerating operations with AI

- Use working knowledge of AI to identify upskill and automation of tasks and processes
- Support and enable Alliance Drivers to use AI tooling

Knowledge & Process Improvement

- Maintain key repositories (Sharepoint, L&D; platform) and ensure regular review by Alliance Drivers and teams.
- Identify duplication of requests and work with Alliance teams to streamline processes.

Required Credentials

Experience: 3 5 years of experience in qualified services, covering functions such as sales, operations, marketing, or alliance program support. Tools Proficiency: Working experience in M365 applications, Salesforce and collaboration platforms. Process mapping and enhancement. Be proficient and proactive with AI tooling across M465, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Others: Strong stakeholder engagement skills and proactive support approach.
