Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide career guidance to students through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings.
- Identify student needs and match them with relevant educational programs or services offered by the institution.
- Develop robust relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
- Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling courses/programs to existing customers.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales, cold calling, inside sales, or telesales.
- Strong communication skills for effective counseling sessions over phone/email/in-person.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
