Key Qualifications

Must-Have Expertise:

- 10+ years as an SAP HR Payroll consultant, especially in global, complex, and highly customized environments.
- SAP HR Modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll (preferably Netherlands).
- Experience with US and UK Payroll and Knowledge with Netherlands Payroll.
- Extensive experience with Dutch payroll processes and legislation.
- Strong command of PCRs and Schemas for payroll configuration.
- Experience with interface integration, including SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC Time) for payroll.
- Proven expertise with SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing, scrambling, and conversion processes.




- Demonstrated leadership in client-facing roles, stakeholder management, and delivering results under tight timelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related field (Masters preferred).
- Proficiency in English is required.
