- Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Finvi/Artiva and related business applications
- Support and enhance custom-developed functionality within the Artiva RM InterSystems Cach workplace
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, reports, and data processes
- Design and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party vendors
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution of system-related problems
- Implement workflow automation, system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
- Coordinate with vendors and integration partners to support interfaces and implementations
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in collections, financial services, healthcare revenue cycle, or contact center environments
- Experience supporting customized enterprise systems and mission-critical production environments
- Familiarity with reporting, workflow automation, and batch processing
