ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end financial operations and book closure activities.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L; and Cash Flow statements.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities and analyse Actual vs. Budget variances.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, corporate tax and other statutory requirements.




- Coordinate internal, external and tax audits.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, fund allocation and working capital.
- Prepare MIS dashboards and financial reports for management decision-making.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and process improvements.
- Lead, supervise and mentor finance team members.
