Role & responsibilities
- Source and develop business for Educational Institution Loans / School Finance.
- Identify schools, colleges, trusts, societies, and educational institutions requiring funding.
- Handle term loans, working capital, LAP and infrastructure finance requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with promoters, trustees, management, and key decision-makers.
- Generate leads through direct sourcing, references, DSAs, connectors, and market visits.
- Understand customer financial requirements and structure suitable loan solutions.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Risk teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure timely submission of complete loan documentation.
- Achieve monthly and annual disbursement/business targets.
