Job Purpose
The Executive Data Processor is responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, maintaining, and processing organizational data and records.
The role supports the smooth functioning of IDTRs administrative and operational activities by ensuring that data is complete, accurate, secure, and readily available when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in computer systems, databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
- Process and maintain records related to trainees, driving tests, training programs, licenses, attendance, assessments, and other institutional activities.
- Verify data and identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and coordinate for their correction.
- Maintain physical and electronic records in an organized manner.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Generate data summaries, statements, and MIS reports using MS Excel or other relevant software.
- Ensure timely updating of records and databases.
- Handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data security.
- Scan, upload, retrieve, and organize documents and supporting records.
- Coordinate with administrative, training, testing, and other departments for collection and verification of data.
- Assist in preparing official correspondence, reports,
and documentation related to data processing.
- Perform data searches and retrieve records whenever required by authorized personnel.
- Follow organizational procedures, data-management standards, and instructions issued by supervisors.
- Maintain proper backups and filing of significant electronic and physical records.
- Carry out any other data-processing or administrative duties assigned by the reporting officer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and internet applications.
- Good typing and data-entry skills with attention to accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of databases and MIS reporting will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive records.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments.
