XFactr .AI is looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong Electrical Engineering background to join our team in Bangalore. The role focuses on validating electrical calculation engines and ensuring high-quality functional, UI, and API testing.
Responsibilities
- Validate electrical calculation engines, including IEC standards, cable sizing, tripping curves, and short-circuit calculations.
- Create and execute functional, UI, and API test scenarios.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to translate electrical requirements into test cases.
- Lead QA efforts in Agile sprints and ensure high product quality.
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
Robust knowledge of Electrical Network Design and IEC Standards, including IEC 60364.
- Manual Testing QA: Experience in Manual Testing and QA methodologies.
- API UI Testing: Hands-on experience with API and UI testing.
- Automation Scripting: Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, or Rest Assured and scripting in Java, JavaScript, or Python (preferred).
- QA Tools: Experience with Jira, Xray, or similar QA tools.
