Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership
positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and
hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, employee
referrals, and campus recruitment.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation of current employees.
2. HR Operations
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers,
promotions, and exit formalities.
• Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience
letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain HRIS and employee databases with complete accuracy.
3. Payroll & Compliance
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, overtime,
incentives, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations such as
PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and other employmentrelated compliances.
• Coordinate with finance and external consultants for statutory filings and audits.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional and confidential
manner.
• Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize employee welfare programs, recognition initiatives, festivals, and teambuilding activities.
• Support employee retention initiatives and improve workplace satisfaction.
5. Performance Management & Learning
• Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), appraisal cycles, and
goal-setting processes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning programs.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
6. HR Policies & Administration
• Implement and monitor HR policies and company procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Participate in HR audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or
a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Experience
• 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial machinery, or constructionrelated industries will be preferred.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
