Job description: We are looking for 2 recruiters for 6-month contract
Role & responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from intake sessions with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Sourcing : Build talent pipelines utilizing Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals, headhunting, employee referrals
- Screening: Screening the profiles against the parameters set by the hiring team and shortlist the best fit
- Scheduling interviews: Scheduling interviews - virtual/ F2F, feedback collection,
- Offer : Offer negotiations & maintaining engagement to minimize drop-offs.
- Vendor & Process Governance: Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencie and enforce ATS (Applicant Tracking System) hygiene.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Very valuable communication skills- verbal & written
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in non-IT hiring is preferred
- Experience in lateral/leadership hiring is preferred
