ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure timely and accurate sales accounting in SAP.
- Handle end-to-end sales invoicing and billing activities.
- Review customer master creation/modification requests.
- Create, verify and reconcile sales invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Monitor overdue receivables and coordinate with Sales for collection follow-up.




- Reconcile the Sales Ledger with the General Ledger on a monthly basis.
- Ensure GST compliance for sales invoices and credit/debit notes.
- Prepare monthly receivable ageing and collection efficiency reports.
- Support statutory and internal audits related to sales transactions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Commercial teams for smooth revenue operations.
