Role: Business Development / Client Acquisition

Experience: 16 years (staffing industry experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire recent clients across IT, product-based companies, startups, and e-commerce businesses.
Drive new client acquisition for permanent staffing and technology recruitment services.
Generate leads, connect with decision-makers, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, and business stakeholders.
Negotiate commercial terms, close business deals,



and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's client portfolio.
Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales within a recruitment/staffing firm.
Strong understanding of recruitment and permanent staffing services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to generate new business and acquire clients independently.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working remotely.
