- Design, develop, and implement batch manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
- Conduct cleaning validation, sterilization (autoclave), and equipment qualification activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in aseptic processing or related field such as BMR/BMRL.
- Solid understanding of batch manufacturing, change control, clean room design, injection molding techniques.
- Experience with vial washing machines and knowledge of sterile packaging materials.
