Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct arc welding, MIG/TIG welding, and robotic welding operations in the press shop and weld shop areas.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and processes to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Proficiency in arc welding (MMA), MIG/TIG welding techniques.
- Experience working with dies, press machines, and other heavy machinery.
