Job Description

We are hiring Equity Advisor Retail Sales for our financial services business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Acquire recent customers and generate business through sales activities.
- Understand customer financial and investment requirements.
- Promote suitable financial and investment products to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business targets.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking and other channels.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products.
- Demat acc, Mutual funds exp must.




- Maintain a strong customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and manage a portfolio of retail clients.
- Follow company policies and maintain proper documentation and compliance.

Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in Retail Sales / Relationship Management / Financial Services / Banking / Broking / Wealth Management will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling ability.
- Target-oriented with good business development skills.
- Willingness to attend the walk-in interview in Kochi.
