Seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Bench Sales Recruiter to work on our internal and external customer IT services requirements with 1-3 years experience. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), be self-motivated, and be innovative in a rapid-paced environment and will have some experience with consulting firms for the recruitment process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 yrs. of US Staffing exp. and extensive Bench sales experience
He / She should have experience in Marketing Bench candidates.
Should have experience on different US job boards. (Dice, Monster, Linked In, etc.)
Should have a strong preferred vendors list for Marketing bench candidates.
Should have knowledge of different Tax terms like (w2, c2c 1099), etc.
Should have good communication skills.
Should have closely worked on deadlines and targets.Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate with minimum 1 Year of US Bench Sales experience.
Good Comm. skills.
Candidate who can join immediately or minimal notice period.
