Role & responsibilities

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Sri Sri Tattva is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the finance team, preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The role will involve partnering with senior leadership on long-term financial planning, funding strategies, risk management, and compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. The CFO will also drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support growth initiatives across manufacturing, retail, franchise, and digital channels.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing,



and interpreting Financial Statements with solid Analytical Skills.
- Extensive experience in corporate finance leadership roles, ideally within FMCG, healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
- Proven ability to lead finance teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation for multi-location or multi-channel businesses.
- Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, regulatory compliance, and governance best practices.
- Qualified qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- Track record of driving process efficiency, implementing financial systems or ERPs, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to responsible, sustainable business practices.
