Responsibilities:
Platform Administration and Configuration
Manage and maintain core and advanced ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
Perform advanced configuration: business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows, and UI policies.
Manage and optimize Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub spokes.
Own overall platform administration strategy
Define governance standards and operating model
Lead administration team and vendors
Capacity planning and roadmap management
Executive stakeholder engagement
Platform risk and compliance management
Drive platform adoption and optimization initiatives
