- Operational Excellence Client Stewardship: Oversee end-to-end operational efficiency across the designated warehouse.
- You will be the face of AAJ for some of our clients, ensuring that our promises translate into flawless execution.
- Strategy Implementation: Collaborate directly with the senior management to implement and execute the operational strategies aligned with the organizations broader goals.
- Project Management: Lead site-level continuous improvement projects by managing deliverables, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Iterative Betterment: Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization within different operational functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement effective solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular operational research and data analysis to track facility metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership on areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor,
and scale the on-ground operations team, reinforcing AAJs culture of ownership and independent decision-making.

Qualifications
