Job Summary

Lead the QA / QC initiatives across India and Middle East. Location: Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

- Lead the QA / QC initiatives across India and Middle East.
- Responsible for development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency across value chain, i.e. from shop floor to project site.
- Develops process improvement plans using a variety of Quality and Continuous Process Improvement tools, including but not limited to Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SPC, engineering studies, DOE, Gauge RR, etc.
- Leads process efficiency and compliance.
- Supports continuous product and process improvement through detailed failure analysis.
- Utilizes risk management tools and aids for use by the organization in accordance with documented procedures.
- Supports design mitigation efforts.
- Ensures process compliance through the development of comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other product and process related documentation.
- Participate in manufacturer and vendor reviews.
- Adhere to and support company Health, Safety Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
- Work closely with the engineering team to suggest improvements in the product and ensure that product upgrades are properly inculcated in the system.

Qualifications

- B. Tech. / B.E. in Industrial or Mechanical from a tier I university (top 20 global or top 10 in India), MBA preferred (Major in SCM / operations from NITIE , IIT D, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience,



of which at least 3 years should be in international organizations.
- Experience in both production floor and project site is required.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving root-cause analysis skills. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving quality across the complete value chain.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Expertise to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization around concepts of design controls, design verification and validation activities; production process controls.
- Corrective Preventive Action (CAPA), complaints risk management; product quality improvement using tools such as Six Sigma, DFR, etc.
- Ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate implement a strategy under crisis situations to ensure compliance.
- Understanding of continuous quality / process improvement tools: (As defined by the local site, e.g. DMIAC, SPC, Lean SS, 5S).
- Experience performing internal audits and participating in external audits.
- Solid technical aptitude (i.e. able to read comprehend technical documentation execute procedures); International experience is highly desirable.
