Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in frontline hiring or mass hiring roles.
- Proven track record of success in sales hiring, BPO hiring, or similar industries.
- Solid understanding of the Indian job market and ability to source candidates from diverse sources.
