We are looking for a skilled Release Train Manager to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing release operations and ensuring seamless project execution.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the release process, including planning, execution, and post-release activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with the release process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to the release process, providing timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for release management.
- Provide training and support to team members on release processes and procedures.
