Job Title: Engineer-Warehouse

Job Summary

- Ensure efficient store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials to support production schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock visibility for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage practices, and compliance with standards (5S/TPM/TQM).

Responsibilities
- Store Operations Management: Manage component store including receiving, safekeeping, accounting, and issuing materials.
- Store Operations Management: Ensure materials are available to meet monthly production schedules.
- Inventory Control Monitoring: Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely inventory status to users.
- Inventory Control Monitoring: Conduct perpetual inventory and annual stock verification, including reconciliation.
- Inventory Control Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and provide alerts to SCM for necessary actions.
- Material Handling Storage: Ensure proper storage practices to avoid damage or deterioration of materials.
- Material Handling Storage: Maintain shelf-life items as per defined work instructions.
- Material Handling Storage: Identify and manage rejected materials (return/storage/disposal).
- System Documentation: Update all store transactions in ERP systems (Oracle) on real-time basis.

- Dispatch Coordination:



Dispatch materials to subcontractors after proper verification of documents and materials.
- Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and other departments for store-related activities.
- Compliance Housekeeping: Ensure compliance with 5S / TQM / TPM / EMS standards.
- Compliance Housekeeping: Maintain good housekeeping and safe working practices in stores.
- Support Additional Responsibilities: Assist Store Manager in overall store operations.
- Support Additional Responsibilities: Handle any additional responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
- Education/Training: B.Com / B.A / Diploma in Supply Chain Management
- Professional Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in stores / warehouse operations
