Position: Quality Executive (Quality Control / Assurance)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Food Manufacturing Industry Preferred)
Salary Budget: Up to 26,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-process quality checks during spice manufacturing, blending, grinding, and packing.
- Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products as per quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
- Perform hygiene, sanitation, and line clearance checks on the production floor.
- Maintain quality records, batch documentation, and traceability reports.
- Identify quality deviations, conduct RCA, and implement CAPA.




- Coordinate with Production and Packing teams for quality improvement.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Department (FMCG/Food Manufacturing Industry).
- Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and quality documentation.
- Positive observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
