- Conduct research on various topics related to software development, cybersecurity, AI/ML, cloud computing, etc. to create informative articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop targeted content that meets client needs.
- Edit and proofread written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in technical content writing or a related field (IT Services & Consulting).
- Solid portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging technical content for various formats (blog posts, data sheets, web content).
- Proficiency in writing about complex technical topics such as software development, cybersecurity, AI/ML algorithms etc.
- Experience working with SAAS products or similar platforms.
