Role & responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all cement production and process operations to achieve planned output and quality targets.
- Ensure optimum kiln, raw mill, cement mill, and utility performance with maximum efficiency.
- Monitor and improve process parameters, heat consumption, power consumption, and productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations across all operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, mining, and logistics teams for smooth plant functioning.
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve process stability and reliability.
- Lead troubleshooting activities for process abnormalities, bottlenecks, and quality issues.
- Develop and mentor plant personnel, fostering a culture of operational excellence and safety.
- Prepare production reports, budgets, and strategic plans to support business objectives and profitability.
