Responsibilities

- Perform general accounting activities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Analyze balance sheet and PL accounts, investigate variances, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve open items.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close deliverables while maintaining compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements.
- Apply accounting knowledge and judgment to support accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Leverage automation and digital tools to streamline accounting processes, improve reporting,



and enhance overall productivity.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification or progress toward certification (CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to process simplification, automation, and digital tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, Macros, Power Automate, AI-enabled solutions, or similar technologies) preferred.
