What Youll Do
- Source and screen IT candidates through Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, employee referrals & other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical requirements and identify the right talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work toward recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Monster, Shine & LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of IT recruitment and technical requirements.
- Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented attitude.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in IT recruitment are welcome.
