Roles & Responsibilities
- - Qualify warm leads who inquired through our ig and fb ads via phone calls.
- Identify potential customers and understand their publishing, branding, and marketing requirements.
- Conduct discovery calls, sales presentations, and consultation meetings.
- Recommend suitable TS Publication packages based on client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close high-value sales.
- Collect advance payments and coordinate documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely follow-ups until deal closure and project handover.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as Book Writing, Book Publishing, PR Articles, Podcasts, Media Coverage, and Book Marketing.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets.
- Monitor sales performance and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
