Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the P&L; function for a business unit, driving revenue expansion through strategic planning and growth strategy development.
Manage profit centre operations, ensuring effective execution of business plans and achieving desired outcomes.
Oversee profitability management, focusing on P&L; optimization and cost control to drive bottom-line improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for business growth, leveraging expertise in marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify prospects for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Candidates with experience only in the Hospitality industry are preferred.
- Experience in Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, Hospitality Services, or Travel & Hospitality will be considered.
- Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
