Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to provide L2 production support for enterprise applications in a high-volume workplace. The role involves application monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, batch support, and maintaining production stability.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 production support and resolve application incidents and service requests.
Monitor and troubleshoot applications across Python, Unix/Linux, SQL, and messaging platforms.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes and automation.
Support batch jobs, schedulers, and EOD/SOD activities.




Work with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, ITRS, or Autosys.
Support databases and troubleshoot SQL/PLSQL-related issues.
Collaborate with business and technology teams for timely issue resolution.
Participate in on-call, weekend, and release support as required.
Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
