• Partner with recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements
• Drive performance management and development initiatives




• Analyse HR data and provide insights to business stakeholders
Support HR policies, processes and compliance
• Identify prospects to improve employee experience and HR effectiveness

Experience in Business HR / HRBP roles
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and influence business leaders
