Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CTR, CPC/CPT & ROAS
• Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for continuous ad iterations
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• Work on audience targeting, retargeting & funnel optimization
What Were Looking For
Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Positive understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies & attribution
• Ability to independently analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Experience with D2C / E-commerce brands will be an added advantage
