A Quality In charge is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement
Arrange internal PPM in production floor with in-line QC, supervisor & floor in-charge.
At the PPM time follow the PPM file & correct PPS.
First output (5pcs) checked against tech-pack & PPS and preprayer the report.
Implementing and sustain quality control processes.
Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and to monitor the effectiveness of quality control measures.
Developing and implementing corrective & preventing action.
Hourly In-line Qc report review and control line DHU.
Identify critical operations style wise at the PPM time and take care during the production.
Manpower utilization properly.
Working with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the production process meet quality standards.
Communication & coordination with all employees and ensuring that all are understand the importance of quality and how to maintain it.
Complains and 5s check
Ensuring Proper Usage of Eye guard, Needle Guard and avoid blockages of yellow lin
