Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain qualified and clear written communication.
Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround times.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer-service standards.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
